Organizations
Enterprises with institutional access to Prevail are represented as Organizations. Members who log in through that access are Organization Members. Organization-based features include Single-Sign On (SSO), shared access to additional features such as Session Review and Certified Transcripts, and group access to Sessions.
Log In to Prevail
You will receive an invitation email from Prevail with login instructions specific to your company’s Organization. This will include your organization’s Prevail login web address and Identity Provider Name (IDP Name). To access Prevail, navigate to your Organization’s Prevail login web address, for example, https://your-org-name.prevail.io. If a dedicated Prevail login page is not available, use the following process to log in:
- Navigate to Prevail
- Click Log In
- Click Enterprise Login
- In the IDP Entity box, type your company’s Prevail IDP Name from the invitation.
If your current browser session already logged in to your company’s SSO, you will be automatically logged in to Prevail. Otherwise, you will be prompted to log in to your company’s SSO, typically via a username, password, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code. You will then be taken to your Prevail Dashboard.
Access Organization Sessions
You can view and join Organization Sessions from the Sessions page. You can also visit the Session Review page for completed Sessions.
Join a Practice Session
Each Organization has a permanent Practice Session for members to use. If other members of your organization use it at the same time, you will see each other as participants.
- Log in to your Prevail Organization account.
- On the Dashboard page, click Would you like to join a practice session?
- If applicable, From the drop-down, select an Organization name.
- Click Join Practice Session.
- Click Join Now.
